She/her

Vicki is a nonprofit leader committed to shifting resources, policies, and power to create more just, joyful, and sustainable futures. With 8+ years of experience in nonprofit management, fund development, movement-building, and community-driven initiatives, she thrives at the intersection of culture, policy, and resource distribution that expands and shifts power.

Her approach to nonprofit management and resource generation is deeply relational, rooted in trust and accountability. To date, she has secured over $14 million for arts organizations of varying sizes, freelancers, and grassroots groups, ensuring those shaping our cultural landscape have the resources to sustain their work and live with dignity.

Beyond resource generation and distribution, she applies an equity lens to reshape external systems that determine who gets funded, who is heard, and whose work is valued, as well as internal structures that shape operations, culture, and decision-making. With expertise in organizational management, Vicki strengthens systems, streamlines operations, and builds infrastructure that centers justice, wellness, and accessibility. Whether through strategic partnerships, advocacy, community engagement, or operational design, she co-creates solutions that are sustainable, community-informed, and transformative.

Most recently, Vicki was the Co-Executive Director at Dance/NYC, advocating and securing resources for the just and equitable distribution of resources and power in the dance sector in the metropolitan NYC area. Before joining Dance/NYC, she worked as the Development Manager at A Blade of Grass, advocating and securing resources for socially engaged artists nationwide. Vicki has also worked as the Director of Development & Communications at ARTs East New York, where she co-created initiatives for community-centered placemaking and emerging socially engaged artists. She currently sits on the inaugural board of Soles of Duende and is a founding core member of Salaria Productions.

Vicki is a graduate of Hampshire College, and has been a participant in the Creative Disrupters Designing Regeneration Cohort, the Caribbean Cultural Center's Innovative Cultural Advocacy Fellowship, and Race Forward's Racial Equity in the Arts Innovation Lab.
