Better understanding can support better resourcing.
August 22, 2026
This week, we’re highlighting the vital work of arts service organizations across the South and the role they play in strengthening their communities and the broader arts ecosystem. From supporting artists and arts organizations to building networks, resources, and opportunities, these organizations help shape a thriving and connected arts community across the region.
We’re calling on ASOs based in the South to complete the 2026 National Arts Service Organizations Survey, and help us paint a fuller picture of this work. Participate to ensure organizations across the South are represented in the research, which aims to support resourcing efforts.
This week’s Survey Taking Party is also an opportunity to connect closer to home. We’re inviting ASOs across the South to join us, complete the survey alongside peers, and connect with other organizations working in the region. All ASOs are welcome at every Survey Taking Party, but if you’re based in the South, this is the one to join! Not in this region? Stay tuned—we’ll be creating opportunities to connect with organizations in your area, too.
Date & Time: Wednesday, August 26, 2026, 3:00 – 4:00pm EST
Registration: Free & required.
