Angela Ciarochi is an arts administrator, dance professional, and arts advocate committed to building stronger, more connected communities through the arts. She believes the arts may not be an immediate solution to the world’s challenges, but they give people the tools to move through it with empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Her commitment to community-centered work began in her hometown of Richmond, VA, where she started her career at Dogtown Dance Theatre and first experienced how an arts organization can serve as a pillar of its community and a vital support system for independent artists.

In addition to her work with ADC Consulting, Angela currently serves as the Audience Development Manager at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, where she leads strategies to diversify and strengthen audiences across in-person and digital platforms. She also serves on the Pillow’s IDEA Steering Committee, supporting initiatives focused on inclusion, equity, and access. Her work blends leadership, strategy, and internal systems, helping organizations deepen their reach and move initiatives forward with clarity and confidence.

With experience building relationships across the arts ecosystem, Angela has worked closely with artists, educators, administrators, donors, and audiences to support work that is community-driven and sustainable. She has presented to hundreds of artists on marketing and communications strategies, and her academic research has been selected for conference presentations in the U.S., Ghana, and South Korea. Angela holds a BFA in Dance and a BA in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with research distinction.
