ASO Survey Raffle Terms & Conditions

By entering into the ASO Survey Raffle, You acknowledge and agree to the following:
entry into the Raffle does not guarantee that You will win any prize;
the prize consists of limited, one-time pro bono consulting services provided to the Raffle winner by a third-party consultant and has no cash value;
in the event You win a prize, You will be removed from all subsequent Raffles and You will be ineligible to win or claim any other prize
the prize is non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted;
You are not obligated to accept the prize; if you reject a prize, You are not entitled to any alternative prize or any cash equivalent and you are ineligible for all other Raffles
the consulting services are provided to the Rafflewinner by a consultant on a voluntary, pro bono basis and are subject to the terms listed above;
if You reject the prize prior to October 15, 2026, a new winner will be selected and you will be ineligible to participate in any other Raffles relating to the Survey
while the consultant will make good faith, reasonable efforts to provide the pro bono services to the Rafflewinner, the consultant reserves the right to decline to provide the services should the Raffle winner fail to be responsive to the consultant, fail to provide the consultant with information necessary to provide the pro bono services, engage with the consultant in an unprofessional or discourteous manner, or otherwise fail to adhere to any reasonable scope limitations communicated to the Raffle winner by the consultant;
the pro bono services must be provided to the Raffle winner by no later than December 31, 2026 and it is the Raffle winner’s responsibility to work collaboratively with the consultant to permit the consultant to provide the services by that date - failure to work collaboratively with the consultant will constitute a rejection of the prize;
the services provided to the Raffle winner are provided for informational and advisory purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice and the winner of the Raffle remains solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the consultation;
except where prohibited by law, ADC and consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Raffle or the use of the pro bono consulting service;
the consultant reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the requested work falls outside the scope of the offered pro bono consulting services or falls outside the consultant's expertise, presents a conflict of interest, would violate applicable law or professional obligations, or otherwise cannot reasonably be provided;
ADC will provide the consultant and the Raffle winner with the contact information for the other and will thereafter play absolutely no role in the scheduling or provision of the services;
ADC and the consultant expressly disclaim any warranties or representations concerning the quality of the pro bono services provided and/or whether they are fit for a particular purpose relevant to the consultant; and/or the outcomes You experience based upon Your decision to take any action as a result of any advice or guidance You receive during the pro bono consulting
if You win the Raffle, your entitlement to the prize is contingent upon your execution of the Raffle Winner Agreement provided by ADC within seven days of Your receipt of the Raffle Winner Agreement - failure to timely execute the Raffle Winner Agreement will constitute a rejection of the prize;
if You win the Raffle, ADC reserves the right to feature You on social media and in ADC’s weekly newsletter and,
acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional reasonable engagement terms communicated to the Raffle winner by the consultant prior to the commencement of the services, including the execution of the Raffle Winner Agreement provided to You by ADC.
