Daniel is excited to work in antiracist practices and is currently examining how the antiracist lens and framework can be applied to ""the arts."" He is a dancer and choreographer who is most fulfilled through movement in the studio. Daniel is a single queer parent to four year old twins who teach him to be a better person every day.

Daniel works at the nexus of culture, arts, social justice, and technology. His vision includes the role of ""the arts"" serving as a mirror and tool for a powerful re-imagining of our lives and our society through the arts; and that solutions to our complex problems require a multidisciplinary and equitable approach. Daniel’s leadership is guided by a deep commitment to cultural and racial equity. He works collaboratively to address systemic inequities and co-create anti-racist solutions that redistribute resources to under-represented and marginalized communities.
